He has over 22 years of experience working across diverse industries including IT, FMCG, Retail, Automobile and consumer durables with blue chip companies like Hindustan Lever Limited, Whirlpool India Limited, Reliance Limited India, Accor Services India Private Limited, Saint Gobain Sekurit India Private Limited, Auto Interiors India Private Limited, Finolex Plastro Plasson India Limited. He has completed his post-graduation in Personnel Management & Labour Laws.
During these 22 years of his challenging career experience, Mr Panicker has been instrumental in driving change transformation and has emerged as a thought leader in setting up the best innovative HR processes & strategies which has helped companies scale up their operations. Under his leadership organizations have been honoured with several awards, along with Mr. Panicker receiving several prestigious awards himself as a contribution to business growth. Some of them include a number of World HRD awards, CII awards, Talent & HR Leadership Award, HR leadership Awards, Best Employee awards etc. He successfully drove PCMM Level 3 certification for Sears India – first company in India to get this certification within 5 years of its operation.

He has more than 25+ years of experience leading global consulting teams across various domains including Banking, Financial Services, Equities and Capital Markets, Retail and Insurance. All assignments were handled successfully from conceptualization to implementation with tremendous focus on planning, timely execution and with extreme attention to detail and operational excellence.
He is an expert in digital strategy formulation and execution with focus on customer experience, digital marketing, big data analytics, mobile computing and cloud adoption. He loves innovating by combining people, technology and process with deep business understanding.
He has managed large acquisitions, led disparate technology teams effectively to deliver business functionality that enabled growth and provided much needed predictability and operational stability. He has led many transformation initiatives, systems integration initiatives, omni-channel integration, digital customer journeys, new product conceptualization that combines new age technology adoption and many legacy systems modernizations. His exposure to various facets of domain and technology with focus on User Experience over the years gives him ability to tap into the right technology levers that help target and engage customers in the most effective and cost-efficient manner.
A passionate technology leader with a proven track record of delivering business solutions and developing products, Kesavan is part of the core team and assumes role of Technology Advisor at ScrumStart.
Kesavan has extensive experience as an IT leader and recently served as the Associate VP at Sears IT & Management Services India Private Limited (SHI) delivering large programs, building organic teams skilled in cutting-edge technologies and other innovative initiatives at the organisation level. He has been awarded patent for his innovative work in legacy modernisation.
His area of focus is the digital technology space with specific interest in data analytics, Cloud and Serverless technologies and DevOps.
Apart from his expertise in technology, he has in-depth domain knowledge in Retail and related sectors.
Some of the awards he received include the CTO of the year (2014) by National Leadership and Excellence and the Computer Society of India for innovative solutions. He has been a speaker at the NASSCOM conferences and at Indian School of Business (India).
Kesavan graduated in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology – Nagpur (India).

Having been in senior IT management positions in Fortune 500 companies, Alok has won several national and international awards. He was instrumental in planning and setting up the offshore Global In-house Center for Sears Holdings – Sears IT & Management Services India Private Limited (SHI). With his unique people-oriented transformational leadership style, Alok turned SHI into one of the most valued investments of Sears, garnering great ROIs, and creating value much beyond cost arbitrage.
Alok has several awards to his credit. This includes Emerging Leader of the Year (2013) by IndiasGreatest.com, Game Changer CEO of the Year (2013) by SHRM and CIO 100 – The Bold CIO (2008). He has also been included in the distinguished panel of NASSCOM's GIC (Global In-house Centers) National Council members. He regularly participates and leads various forums as a keynote speaker and is an author of several books in different genres.
Prior to joining Sears India, Alok worked as Senior VP – IT for Reliance Industries. He served as CIO of Tata Teleservices Limited and worked in key technology positions in Hutchison Telecom. His 24 years of professional career spans across manufacturing, telecom and retail domains.
Alok completed his graduation in Engineering from National Institute of Technology – Calicut (India) and Masters in Management from BITS Pilani.
Vivek is a seasoned professional in Business Strategy & Operations space. He brings with him rich experience in setting technology operations/practice from ground-up and deliver on the strategic goals. Vivek was instrumental in the growth of Sears Captive in India and was closely involved in externalization of Sears Big Data services. In his last role as Co-founder of a HealthTech company in India, Vivek was responsible for Business Strategy, Go-to Market and Investor relations. Vivek is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and Computer Science graduate from MNNIT Allahabad.
Farid Bhayani is a vibrant IT professional along with Business Development skills, who has completed his education in Masters in Information Systems - MSc. IT from Dublin Metropolitan University from London. Farid demonstrates his core capabilities of technical knowledge along with leadership skills to build on the overall growth and revenue of ScrumStart.
Farid has over 13+ years of experience across diverse sectors of business ranging from Client Support, Business Development, Sales, Vendor management, CSI, Partnerships, IT infrastructure, Vendor Management, Facilities Management, Test Environment Management with large organizations like Deutsche Bank, Sears Holdings India, Tech Mahindra Limited, Fiserv Global services etc. He has however also displayed entrepreneurial skills by successfully running his own recruitment and staffing company. During his earlier years, he juggled between multi-tasking his studies and a job in London, after which he successfully made his way through working with one of the biggest real estate giant in the UK- Mace Group. Thereafter, he has also shown high levels of responsibilities and technical expertise through diverse jobs, climbing the corporate ladder in India. With such a challenging start to his career path, Farid has been honored with several awards and established himself as an inspirational leader at ScrumStart.
His core skillset and expertise range from technical skills like ITIL expert, MCSA, IT Service Support, Desktop Support, command center management to excellent problem solving, negotiation and exceptional communication skills. He is proficient in prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner and makes sure to work hard with utmost effort.
