  • Responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of a comprehensive global network intrusion detection / protection program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information assets owned, controlled or processed by Arysta.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of a strategic global Security Information and Event Management system.
  • Drive the identification and assimilation of key enterprise log sources into the SIEM.
  • Support the incident response program and activities through the development and maintenance of efficient and effective log consolidation and correlation within the SIEM platform.
  • Participate in a variety of network security related projects and initiatives with international IT team members.
  • Ensure that security programs are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies to minimize or eliminate risk and audit findings.
  • Manage security incidents and events to protect Arysta assets, including intellectual property, IT assets, fixed assets and the company's reputation.
  • Function as an “internal consultant” around areas of network expertise, focusing specifically on log management and network security. 
  • Assist and train end user and other IT personnel.

  • Responsible for architecture of Arysta’s key global infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, DNS, single sign-on, and identity management platforms.

  • Drive standardization and consolidation of infrastructure components within all regions including leveraging cloud computing where possible.

  • Responsible for the overall Disaster Recovery program of a geographically diverse and dispersed global enterprise.
  • Work with global, regional and local IT team members, as well as regional business groups to ensure that appropriate and viable Disaster Recovery strategies are identified, documented, tested and maintained for 90+ worksites around the globe. 
  • Support and participate in the incident response program and activities through the Disaster Recovery program.
  • Manage large scale projects focused on IT Operations and the “business of IT”.

  • Establish and run a Change Advisory Board (CAB) for large infrastructure sites/services.

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of Arysta’s cloud PBX solution.  Own the deployment and enhancement of the solution throughout all of Arysta.
  • Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of Microsoft Azure globally for Arysta.

The Manager F&A IIC will be responsible for all finance and accounting activities for the captive legal entity. In addition, he/she will be responsible for reporting out the company’s Global IT spend including but not limited to recurring IT support and IT projects.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Run the day to day finances for the captive
    • Book Local Expenses (rent, security, cleaning, office supplies)
    • Book payroll Expenses
    • Work with client's corporate finance and other finance entities for cost transfer to other legal entities (transfer pricing)
    • Work with Europe finance team for proper bookings of dividends to Mash BV
    • Work with the compliance department to ensure overall adherence to SOX and/or other compliance requirements
  • Periodic tasks for the captive
    • Manage the local P&L
    • Manage statutory reporting
    • Perform overall financial closing and reporting as required
  • Run the finances for the Global IT organization
    • Set up and manage the Global IT budget
    • Support management of the finances of IT projects together with the respective project managers
    • Work with other client's finance teams around the globe to collect IT spend to support global reporting and allocations
  • Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, upgrades and troubleshooting of Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) 4.2 on UNIX/LINUX/Windows environments.
  • Must have a solid understanding and integration of SAP BusinessObjects Analytics Suite (Webi, Crystal Reports, Data Services, Lumira and Information Steward).
  • Perform BOE System Administration tasks:
    • Monitor system performance and usage – auditing, housekeeping, tuning;
    • Manage BOE servers, admin, intelligence and web servers, services and licenses;
    • Connect BOE to remote systems.
  • Work with Information Services Architects to develop longer term BOE strategy
  • Coordinate with SAP Support for Issue resolution related to BOE system
  • Maintain BOE users, including session management and ACL requirements
  • Perform BOE landscape promotion management.
  • Document BOE procedures, including recovery documents, which ensure long term sustainability
  • Responsible for performance tuning of BW systems utilizing best practices
  • Responsible for supporting Business Objects reports/dashboards in production and new report development
  • Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues
  • Resolve issues with performance on various BO objects including LOVs, Cascading Objects, and Pre-Calculation Servers etc.
  • Participates integration testing reviews.
  • Participates in knowledge transfer activities and support training development
  • Provides post implementation support
  • Integration knowledge between SAP S/4 and BusinessObjects is a plus
  • Any SAP BASIS knowledge with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW and SAP MDG would be considered an advantageous.
